We had a short time frame, and they drywalled, painted, and floored the basement. All was done to expectations, within a reasonable budget.

Lance first remodeled a bathroom for us five years ago when I found him on Angie's List.  We were very happy with the bathroom and over the years, we've called Lance for various reasons and he is completely professional, a straight shooter and honest. He is also a really nice guy and easy to work with.  We found him to be so on this job as well.  He went the extra mile for us (like searching out trim to match the old and hard to match existing trim in the bedroom), and did a quality job.  I've recommended him to friends, and I will call him again when we need any work done our house.

Great! We are thrilled to no longer see a gaping whole in our ceiling and the whole thing was completed so quickly and professionally.

Both projects went very well, on time and on budget. We are very happy with the results, adding both aesthetic and monetary value to our property. We'll hire them again should the need arise.

It only took him two weeks to do the work, which was just what they told me. He was just wonderful. His price was just right and he was very courteous to us. He was the best and most cooperative contractor you could ever dream for. He would find a contractor to do some work and if he couldn't find someone, he would do it himself so he was great.

The removal and installation of the granite tiles went as expected. It was a mess during the day but cleaned up at night. The worst problem experienced was the lack of a kitchen sink and stove.

Fast response to our call for estimate. Crew was available right away and was very good, explained exactly what was needed and then did the work.

So far I've been very satisfied.

Radu, Ron, and Roger were on the job every day until the work was completed (minus the week it took for the electrical contractor to complete new wiring and updated panel). They cleaned up the work area daily and respected my space. Would I hire Lanco again? Absolutely!

Radu and Ron did an exceptional job on our residing project. They worked very hard and dealt with unforeseen problems quickly and successfully. Both were very respectful and courteous. I never heard any foul language or swearing during the three days they worked here. Finally, they did a quality job residing part of our home. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Lanco Enterprises again.

Lance and his crew were very thorough, concerned about details. Professional and NICE! I enjoyed working with them and would do it again in a heart beat! I gave a B in responsiveness only because it was a bit before I heard back when first inquiring for a bid.

We had a great experience--they were highly professional, very clean and did great work. We are very happy with the work done and plan on hiring Lanco again for future projects.

Lanco performed the work in three weeks while we went on vacation. I came back during the third week and was amazed at the amount of work that it took to perform each job. They did a great job in protecting our carpets, and furniture and even had a crew that cleaned the house, windows, and carpets. They added so much value in the work they did by doing little things like trim work around windows and upgrading light switches, painting, etc. Excellent craftsmen!

Very professional, reasonably priced, arrived on time, and did an excellent job of cleaning up every afternoon. They discussed each job with me beforehand so I knew how they planned to proceed. The work was performed with a minimum of "damage" to existing walls/ceilings and all holes made in walls/ceilings were repaired and repainted.
