Somehow, IO, as an old man, was talked into an hourly rate. BIG MISTAKE. They took FOREVER and when they started it did not look like they knew what they were doing. Before they finished I went into the room and discovered that it was full of the carcinogen FORMALDEHYDE from the cheap chipboard they had used to build the floor, and this board was insufficiently strong enough for infloor heating (expensive). I said I wanted the materials removed and he countered with "I'm DONE!" (he wasn't) and I lost the Arbitration to an industry friendly arbitrator. I strongly recommend that, if you see this person on your property, you would best ask them to leave. YOU DO NOT WANT THIS GUY WORKING FOR YOU!
