This isn't my first encounter with Jenkins Davisson LLC.  This company continues to provide excellent guidance and service.  I trust this management company explicitly and will use them for all my rental needs.

Why deal with all the details when you've got these folks? As a communicator, Tara Davisson has the magic touch. It takes a really special person to be the middle man between 2 parties, especially when it comes to contacts, leases, and property maintenance. I feel so confident in her ability to handle details with tenants, diffusing situations before they escalate to troublesome conflicts. She has a wonderful ability to set clear boundaries and expectations so that neither party has any "surprises." She shows great respect for everyone, and it makes for really smooth sailing. Tara brings a personal element that makes all the difference, and I'm so grateful property managers like her exist. But she's also not afraid to be the bad guy if it comes to that, and heavens knows that can happen at times.

I was looking for a property manager that is licensed/bonded/insured, and is capable of handling properties that are more unique and require more attention than your average property.  I have used several management companies in the past, and have never been even close to as happy as I am using Jenkins Davisson LLC.  I didn't want a company with a rock bottom price and service to match.  I wanted to work with somebody sharp, adaptable, and reliable.  Not only are the office staff of Jenkins Davisson LLC top notch and able to interface with my internal systems to make my life easier, their maintenance personnel know what they are doing.  In the past, I have seen the result of incompetent property management maintenance and "repairs" that have left me speechless (in a very bad way).  I am completely happy with the maintenance and repairs that have been done on my properties through Jenkins Davisson LLC.   This company is the total package.

I just met with Tara today to discuss hiring her for property management. I also wanted to get some general advice on what to look for when purchasing an investment property with the plan to use it as a rental.  She gave me so much to think about and really helped point me in the right direction.  She was warm, knowledgeable, and very enthusiastic about what she does.  For the level of service she provides, her fee is quite reasonable. I could tell that she would be able to help me find (and keep) the right renters for my property. She has a great combination of people skills and professionalism.  So grateful to have found her and excited to move forward when the time is right!

Being a landlord sounds like such a good idea until you realize how much work it is.  Then you decide you will find someone to manage it for you and that is even harder. This organization is locally owned and operated and I like that.  They treat you like their only client and that is hard to find.  I also really like that they are willing to customize some when the situation warrants it.  No "one size fits all' plan for property owners and that is great for someone who doesn't own dozens of properties.  Oh yeah and they are very competitive in price!  Who doesn't like that.  No more late night calls from tenants asking for the plumbing to be fixed.  The team takes care of all of that!!! and...the property rental rate is awesome. After dozens of calls I found one that is a good match for me.
