Great. Jeff was in the general viscinity and within 45 mins was able to pop over and resolve the issue. Spider plugged the pressure sensory tube rendering system inop. Minimum service charge was very reasonable.

The heat pump was working o.k, not great but at least it was working somewhatI, Jeff had warned me that my unit was old and I should consider replacing, I knew my heat pump was on borrowed time so I asked Jeff could you give me an estimate for a new heat pump, he told me he would get back to me in 1 week with a price, after 3 weeks I called to find out about my estimate, there was no answer so I let a message, 2 weeks later I still have not heard back from Jeff.
 I don't understand! if Jeff did not want to do the work, I understand I will just call another provider, or maybe something came up and he just did not have the time to do another job, just let me know.
 For this reason I am giving Jeff a bad review.
I know Jeff is a good person, I think he probably over booked himself.

Jeff is the kind of contractor I want to work with.  He treats homeowners with respect and discussed the issues to answer my questions without talking down to me.  He worked with me to find good solutions and was ok when I wanted to order and install the fan motor on my own.  Charged me a very fair price for the diagnostics and was great to work with.

I've been using the company's services for about two years, and I've always had good experiences.  The gentleman picks up almost immediately when I call, his prices are very competitive, and he's straight-forward in his advice.

Good and.....i have already completed a survey, so please do not contact me again re Jeff's heating.

Jeff was very friendly and sweet.  He explained what was going on in all the details I wanted without going over my head nor belittling me.  It was a Saturday so I was very appreciative that he was willing to come out and get this taken care of before I went on my trip.  I called around to make sure the charge he was giving me was fair and was told it was.  I will definitely use his service in the future.

It was very reasonably priced and he is very easy to get along with.

They spent a lot of time designing the system to make sure there is sufficient heating and cooling without overdoing it. Plus, they had to dig up a lot of walls to put in the venting because we had radiators before. We did not want to have all of my 4-story house torn up even though we had a lot of restoration work done.  They were terrific in how they ingeniously came up with ways to put in bench seats and windows that would hide the ductwork and make it look historic and natural. This company did a great job. They were also by far the least expensive and I've got about 8 bids. They also came back couple of times for problems that I thought I had, but really didn't. I also signed warranty agreements and I can fix any problem for the next 10 years.

A completing business wanted to put the heat pump in the middle of the sidewalk.    Jeff K.  was good about discussing siting and hose routing options.
Jeff wanted to meet to discuss the two options he quoted.
One of the options was  a Coleman heat pump and the existing furnace is a Coleman.   It just made sense.
On the scheduling, they said they called but we did not get call.   Perhaps a wrong number was dialed?
But it all worked out and the work was excellent.    Where they had to put a top plate of a wall, they reinforced it well with a steel plate.
 They were good to work with.

Overall the experience was very positive, however the unit would not function properly.

We remodeled our entire house in 2005 and Jeff's Heating and Cooling was the best contractor we worked with.  They gave us a great bid for two new furnaces and two a/c units and were punctual and professional.  We have had a few small problems with one of our a/c units since but Jeff is always very prompt about getting out to repair it under warranty.  They also installed an attic fan for a reasonable price.  I would highly recommend this company!

In December we had 2-3 feet of water in our crawlspace. After it was drained, Jeff's came the day I called to look at the ductwork to see if we needed to replace ducts. We did, and not only did they see that issue but went all the way to the furnace and found the plenum was completely gone to rot and rust. It was a very long (6 weeks start to finish) arduous process between HVAC and waterproofing people to take care of the problem. Jeff's was wonderful to work with, and tried their best to keep us warm as much as possible. We went a total of only 5 days without heat. They kept us informed during the process and also did some improvements with the ducting layout which made a difference in the rooms furthest from the furnace. Incidentally, they could have insisted we replace the furnace, after all they had to completely rip it out to do their work. But they were honest and said it was unnecessary. Great, honest guys. We will call them when we do replace the furnace...

They're an extremely reputable outfit. They always stand by their work 100%. They always give you the best value. I haven't had any issues with them and I would absolutely recommend them to others. I would never use anybody else.
