While there are things I love about my home, Icon is terrible to deal with. They put a lot of nice touches on their homes, but then cheap out on a number of things, such as carpet, yard, appliances, fencing. But once you are in, the nightmare begins. Any warranty work is a a trial to deal with. Ben is impossible to deal with. He doesn't answer emails and if you get him on the phone he might deal with one issue, and ignore the other three you mentioned. I suppose it is a strategy, to wear you down instead of standing by their work. Selling a home, buying a home and moving are all challenging, but having to constantly battle to get problems corrected is just too much. Use a company that will take care of the buyer.
