I had a Jeld-Wen claim to replace the glass in seven windows where the seals had broken. Terry Balcom came out and measured each window to the exact specifications required by Jeld-Wen to place the order for the glass. After I emailed the measurements to Jeld-Wen, they gave me only 48 hours (on a Friday yet!) to confirm the correctness of the order they would be placing. I forwarded the order information to Terry and the Clear Window Restorations office. Both Guy Rencher and Terry responded, and Terry took the time to confirm the order after-hours that very day. Once the glass arrived, we had to wait for a non-rainy day, and at the earliest opportunity, Terry came back to install the glass replacements. My windows look great now, and I am extremely happy with Terry's expertise and professionalism, as well as with the superior customer service I received from him and from Guy and Meadena Rencher in the office. I highly recommend Clear Window Restorations!

I had a window repaired. Very responsive. Professionally handled. They did a great job. They left the area immaculate.

It went very well. They were very prompt to give me a bid. Then communicated when they were available to do the job. Then completed right on time. They gave me a great bid to fix my problem, not just to start replacing windows like other companies did. He also told me how to fix an old window that I didn't want to replace. I appreciate that level of service and advice. Don't hesitate to call them.

I had the glass broken out of one of my windows. I called this company, got a quote via phone and set an appointment. they worked with my schedule and all was smooth. Today they showed up fixed the window and solved another small window issue I had and were gone in what seemed like no time. The gentleman who handled the service call was professional and courteous. I was very pleased wiht the whole experience.
