It went fine but we did have to pay quite bit more to cover the other areas of our home. He did a dry cleaning method on the carpet, which didn’t involve steam. Overall, they did a very nice job.

Tech was punctual, professional, went over the carpets thoroughly. Within the parameters of the cleaning method used, he did a good job. It just wasn't the deep cleaning I had wanted with steam extraction. The carpet did look a little brighter afterward. I would not use this cleaning method again as it is inadequate for my needs. It would work well for someone without pets or kids who just needs to freshen up their carpets between deep cleanings.

Arrived a bit late, Used standard carpet cleaning machine similar to ones you can rent at the grocery store. Did acceptable work.

They were prompt and did a good job.

The serviceman worked diligently, paid special attention to stains, and clearly explained his service. Six months later, we are still satisfied with this job, although our carpet may be nearing the end of its life.

I added services because he thought that there were pet stains from the previous owner's dog that showed up under light on the bedroom carpet. Cleaning was overall efficient. Looked good when he finished but started looking dirty in the areas that had caused me to have the carpet cleaned within two weeks or so of service. Cleaning probably left a residue that attracted dirt/grime.

When I first contacted this company to clean my carpet I didn't hear back from them as soon as I thought should so I called and left a message again explaining that I had a deadline to consider. He got back to me quickly this time and explained that he'd been swamped with orders because of the special. He gave me an appointment for within an acceptable time frame and he showed up when he said he would. He did the work and the carpet looked much better. As he was leaving I noticed at a corner of one room that pointed into the room, a 4-5 in. piece of plaster (drywall?) had been broken off and had fallen down into the baseboards. This flaw hadn't been there before having the carpet cleaned, so we knew he must have bumped into the corner and caused the problem. I pointed it out to him before he left and he promised to fix it at a later date. He came back just a few weeks later and fixed the wall to our satisfaction.

I was told that my carpet was aging and that it would not look as clean as a newer carpet. That was the case. Though Gaudy (Spelling) did a nice through job of cleaning all the areas I wanted done, and convincing me to have it santitized it didn't look as sparkling clean as I would have liked, but realize I may not be practical.
My carpet is burber and it's a light color, so the traffic areas do show more soiling than a newer darker color, though I had it cleaned about a year before from another company..
This method was suppose to dry fast, but I found it took a full 24 hours before we felt it was throughly dry.
After a few months it didn't look like it had been that recently cleaned. I would like a carpet cleaning to look good for nearly a year or at least 8 months.

Excellent! Gady explained what happened to our carpet pads and sub-flooring due to our adopted dog's urinating on the floor and how to neutralize the acidity and remove any hidden fungal growth.
He did an amazing job of restoring the carpets, which we had thought to be damaged beyond repair and which we planned to remove. Absolutely the best carpet cleaning service my wife or I have ever experienced!

Went well. I had purchased an Angie's list voucher to have carpets cleaned in 3 rooms for $99. They came out to clean and saw how very dirty the carpets were and recommended a deep cleaning and sanitizing, which cost about $150 more. It was well worth the extra money to get the results we got. We have off white carpets and they look so much better now. They got out some stains that had been there for 5 or 6 years. I'm very pleased with the work they did.

We contacted Clean Carpets USA via their web page and left a message. We received an autoreply by e-mail very quickly but no further response until three days later when we received another e-mail apologizing for the delay and saying they have a very heavy call and e-mail volume. When I had not heard anything for another week I sent e-mail again and received another autoreply by e-mail. Finally we received a call for them and scheduled the visit 13 days after the inital contact. On the scheduled day they arrived promptly and did a thorough job.

Gady arrived on time and was very professional. I showed him where the furnace was located and all the floor/under cabinet registers for the downstairs and the overhead registers and return upstairs. I explained that the furnace was in the attic with ducting to the garage. He asked about pets since the sound may frighten them. I had not really thought of that but I told him I would keep the cat in the garage so he would not run out the front door.

Gady was thorough and went straight to business. I was able to keep working on my computer and had no trouble with noise. When he was done with the downstairs, he came upstairs and finished the job in the room I was in. We had already purchased a replacement filter. Gady removed the old filter and put in the new filter. I was pleased that the job was completed in the time I had estimated it should take.

Not only did Gady inspect the furnace which is located in our attic, he also went into the crawl space to take a look at the ducting for possible adjustments.

Gady, the owner of Clean Carpets USA, has a friendly, upbeat manner and it was a pleasant experience doing business with his company. I have already recommended Clean Carpets USA to a friend of mine from church.

I purchased a $69 voucher from Living Social in August 2011 which provided cleaning for six air ducts in my home. My home is small and has only six heating vents, plus one central intake vent. I chose to redeem the voucher in late January, and called the business three times to set up an appointment. I left messages indicating the hours I could be reached throughout the day and evening, but no one returned my call.

I then called Living Social and reported the difficulty, and they said the business would get back to me. The proprietor did call and left a message while I wasn't home -- but when I returned the call, again I got an answering machine and left a message which was not responded to within 24 hours. Finally the proprietor called while I was home, and set up an appointment.

During our phone call I asked if he provided thin air filters to place in the vents following the work (as the last duct cleaner had done), and he said yes. He arrived exactly on time, and brought cleaning equipment including an air compressor which remained outdoors. The work was performed quietly, and (as far as I can tell, since I'm unable to inspect the work location) adequately. For the one intake vent he charged an additional $28. He did not place the air filters in the vents as I requested, and told me instead where I could purchase them.

I spent around $100 to $150 on that work. The interaction was fine and the sofa looked fine. The interaction was good.

Our carpets hadn't been done in a few years and he was extremely thorough. He got up stains that other companies couldn't get out (some had been cleaned several times, only to resurface later). With the special carpet cleaning machine he uses, he gets down deeper into the pile so oil and other stains dont keep resurfacing. Great Job! He's extremely professional and personable.

Gady booked the appointment quickly, showed up promptly. He took his time and did a thorough job throughout. The quality of cleaning was superior to anything I had done by other companies prior. Instead of the usual "wand", he uses an alternate scrubbing cleaner, similar to a floor polisher for carpets. While it was very effective, removing stains left behind even after other cleanings, and eliminating traffic patterns on the carpet, it can be rough on the carpet. Afterwards, I did find some loose carpet strands at the seams and along the baseboards. Gady stuck to his quote, and was very professional. I'd use them again!
