Description of Work: I ordered favor tags from Badabadbingo for a baby shower. The tags arrived as ordered EXCEPT that the back portion of the tags was covered with advertising for Badabadabingo's various enterprizes. The inclusion of this "free" and "unrequested" advertising(for the benefit of Badabadabingo) was not indicated or shown on their website at all, so I was led to believe I was were getting a tag with a blank backside. After receiving the tags, I tried calling Badabadabingo (no one answered repeated calls and I tried e mailing them (no response). A WEEK AFTER I finally left a phone message, Badabadabingo called me once, too late for the baby shower I was hosting, offering a $10 gift certificate to their company and a banner for the baby shower. I agreed, even though I didn't want either, but NOTHING has ever arrived. I had sent back the favors with advertising on the back, paying myself for the postage, and requested a refund, since Badabadabingo took so long to get in touch with me and I had to order tags from another company. Badabadabingo was absolutely disinterested in even meeting me halfway, or in any type of customer communication or service. I have never, EVER, dealt with a company which is so lacking in customer service, even aggressively so. Up to this point, I have never had problems with ordering online. Ordering from this company means taking the risk that you will do everything to benefit them, not YOU, the CUSTOMER. I have never expected a refund for sale for which there was clear explanation of the product to be ordered. Badabadabingo slips in advertising for their company and affiliates without letting you know this will be the case on their website. Even after I have made this complaint (several months) and their promise to the BBB that they would indicate more clearly on their website EXACTLY what the consumer could expect to receive, I note that NOTHING has changed on their website. I would not order from this company again. I have ordered from many online companies of the same sort where you get what you expect and friendly and fair customer service. I am concerned for other customers and what they can encounter when ordering from this company. There are too many reputable online companies working hard to make the consumer happy.
