Very well. Andrew Minson was highly recommended by the Contract Furnishing folks that sold us the flooring, but we talked to many other contractors and got bids from several. His price was in the middle and we liked the way he explained options about the work during the first visit to measure the rooms for his bid. His estimate of 4-5 days of work and scheduled start and end date were exactly right. When we discovered some subfloor problems he offered several alternatives, explaining the likely impacts, and negotiated low-cost changes. Since we didn't leave our house, it was nice he and assistant were punctual, polite, efficient, quiet, and cleaned up every day. And best of all, the installation looks perfect, especially the hard stuff like transitions from carpet to vinyl and around the stairs, closets, doors, toilets and next to showers . No problems then or now (weeks later).
