I found Action Windows & Gutter via a co-worker's recommendation through her B2B networking group. I had called around to a few places to get estimates for the work described...Action Windows & Gutter being one of them. I got busy and didn't get back to them for a few days, but continued with my search of vendors. A week or so later I receive a call from the scheduler asking me how the service went. I told her, "Service for what exactly...I never authorized anyone to work on my house." It turns out they sent out a rep who did all of the work without my verbal or written consent. I was P*****!
I spoke to owner Guy Rencher. He explained that a mistake was made but wanted me to pay the full price. I asked if he would provide a discount for the mistake, he suggested 10%. I took it, but looking back I should have asked for more. Luckily he was one of the less expensive vendors.
Long story short Guy admitted to the mistake and tried to make good, which I think he did. Will I use them again, maybe/yes.

Action Window has cleaned my windows for multiple years. Due to the steep slope (one level in the front and 4 levels in the back) windows must be lifted from the inside. Some of the windows are very large and heavy. Each time the crew has treated the windows and screens carefully so they fit back like new.
Today, Heiden and Justin performed the work. Both did an excellent job. The windows sparkle and shine and make the rooms brighter. Very professional.

"This is a very odd situation. We 100% guarantee our work, including a money back guarantee. The only thing we ask is that if there is a problem, and it is fixable, that we be allowed the chance to come back to make things right. First, please notice that a full year went by between the time the work was done, and the time the review was posted. Second, missing from the story is the fact that the customer wanted the windows cleaned by a certain date for family reasons, and that on the only day available (this was short notice), there was a driving rain storm. You can clean windows in a drizzle, but it is really tough in a driving rain storm. The customer wanted us to go ahead, even with the storm. Third, please note that we did offer to come back and fix the problem, and that was refused. We spoke with this customer after she posted the Angies List review, and still offered to try to make it right. She seems to have preferred to leave the post as it was, even though it was a year after the fact. The reader will have to draw the reader's own conclusions."

After reviewing some things we have had a long lasting relationship with Hood view estates and there property management company our last service with them was June of 2013 there are very happy and satisfied with our service and work. Unfortunately some of the things you were requesting as a resident our company could not do we did come out and do some things as a courtesy but we were not hired by you we were hired by the property management company. So once again I'm sorry your experience wasnt good"
