The team was unable to capture my photos and documents from my old laptop, as they didn't have the right tools to do so given the age of the machine. However, they destroyed the hard drive and recycled what materials they could at no cost. I was a little disappointed not to get my old photos and documents, but in reality, it wasn't a loss. Great!

Brought the computer in and explained the failure mode. Told them if the repair was going to be and gt;$100 to let me know and I would probably just scrap the computer. They ran diagnostics over a couple of days and a bad WiFi Card and memory module. I had suspected the WiFi card since that looked like where the boot process wound get before resetting. They replaced the WiFi card and memory module and cleaned up the disc for $70. The computer works better than ever. Excellent job for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

Fixed problem quickly and effectively.

Scott is very helpful and intelligent. He's kind and has your welfare under great consideration. He thinks outside the box to solve problems or envision future plans. He has a lot to offer to find solutions for your computer needs. He tends to talk a lot to help you understand what he is accomplishing you, although most people woudn't understand the details. I think this process also helps him to think things through. If time is most important, it's best to let him work on his own until the completion when he can give you a synopsis. He gets pretty busy with clients, so prebooking is most helpful! With last minute bookings, his availability is unpredicatable.

Laptop had compromised OS.
It took them weeks to completely destroy my laptop. It was a long time ago, but I had to follow up with them multiple times, and in the end, the laptop was a throwaway.
Maybe the laptop was unrepairable - but instead of dealing with it professionally, they kept putting me off.
Maybe they've improved.

Talked with Tim before bringing in hard drive. Asked recommendation as to what he would recommend for new drive extra memory. Said it would be ready afternoon of next day but was ready in the late morning. Told us their work was guaranteed. New drive is working well.

Both Sean and Scott were professional and knew a great deal about computers. Their charges were fair. They made recommendations on various related subjects that were appropriate and helpful. I will use their services again the next time I need computer help.

Looked up on Angie's list to find a company, found them and they are very close to my house, they also had a 10% off coupon. They were helpful on the phone and had the computer back to me the next day. Cleaned up some viruses... Works great!

Went well.

They were superb. They did an innovated virus that invaded the computer. They got rid of the virus and fixed the software. There was a switch that wasn't working when we brought the computer back home, then we took it back and they fixed it while we waited. The guys are great, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They don't use technical language to talk and they look for customer's satisfaction and they want their customers to be satisfied. Their price is competitive.

Very good! Very very helpful, very professional and very knowledgeable. I will call Ace Computer in the future should i need computer repair, or if I have computer questions or problems. Scott didn't even charge for all the time he spent. Very good experience.

It has been a while that I have used them although I don't remember the exact date. They were very good and I would give them a good review. They did the work in a timely fashion. They were very co-operative and very good to work with. They helped me out of a big mess which was respectful. I did not pay anything more.

My Compaq desktop suddenly began failing to complete the start-up process when turned-on. It would go though the initialization sequence but reset just as it was finishing. I suspected a virus and tried re-starting in safe mode. I was able to get it working somewhat but could not completely fix the problem. I took it to ACE and they agreed it sounded like a nasty virus. They quoted $80 and about a week to fix it. When I picked the computer up they confirmed that it had a couple of viruses and they had installed a new ani-virus program. They were also able to save all the data on the disc. I was able to re-install the lost programs and re-connect to my wireless network. I was very satified with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing computer service.

They arrived promptly and were friendly. Their prices were very reasonable. I was very satisfied with their services. I would use them again in the future.

They are very professional and showed or explained to me, when I did not understand something. They also will tell you, if the repair is not worth it. I trust them in any way. I am an old lady and I know they care for the customer and the work they perform.
