MARCO'S YARD MAINTENANCE

I solicited Marco's service by approaching him doing the neighbor's yard, asking him if it would be possible for him to do ours as I have physical restrictions that prevent me from doing it.  He gave me a bid of $45 per time for 2 people to mow and trim up edges on my property.  And to do it every 2 weeks.  It has a steep slope on the front which they did a really good job on trimming it to match the lawn.  But then slowly, eventually over time, the time between mowing became wider as in 3 weeks or longer.
I bought a 2nd home and rented that home out, with lawn service included, which meant we needed reliable lawn care.  I could see he was trying, but seemed to be over booked or just unable to show when he said he would.
I did have him do some major heavy over growth removal on the new property I moved to, as in cutting and pulling down ivy from the house on the North side, as well as cutting down years of blackberry growth that choked out the back yard, and also cut down and remove a diseased Blue Spruce that blocked the view and looked very sick.  He cleared that out, but left a lot of debris that still needs to be hauled away.
I wish him only well; if I didn't have a professional lease contract that needs to be upheld I would have kept him on as I do care for him as a person.  Maybe if he has someone schedule his appointment and books for him?  His work is done VERY quickly and nicely on the lawns, when he shows. (that was the key issue)

Work was started as soon as weather permitted. Initial work quite satisfactory but followup needed because of heavy growth on part of property.

It has always gone really well. They do the job well and never leave a mess. I have recommended Marco to my friends, and even to customers at the grocery store where I work. My friend who bought a 100 year old house in Warrenton, that had the yard very over-grown and in need of care, has been using Marco and his crew. They did alot of pruning, digging out roots, taking trees down, etc. and she ripped alot of carpet out of the house, and he hauled it to the dump. We both had him clean our gutters and this was done well. I say Marco is one of the best!!
