They were incredibly reasonable. He is the best small contractor on the Oregon coast. I have eight rental houses and deal with contractors all the time, both long distance and in the town, and out of all of them he is the best. I rate him high overall. If he is not able to call, he will call me and inform me. He gives me all the information I need to know. He is very detail. I will definitely use him again.
