It was fine. They came out right away. He still sends us specials in the mail, emails us and they gave us a bottle of spot cleaner. They were very good.

We hired Clean N' Dry to clean the carpets and furniture in a rental house that had been filled with smokers. The entire house reaked of cigarette smoke. Clean N' Dry spent nearly five hours working on the furniture and carpets in the entire house. They did an excellent job and got a great majority of the smell out. A note about cigarette smoke: you can knock it down, but time is the only thing that will eventually make it go away.

It was excellent. Kevin, from Clean Dry, came out quickly to remove the water and set up fans for drying. I asked if he would negotiate on the price since we are having some financial difficulties, and he didn't charge us at all. I attempted to pay him, but he simply would not accept it. I cannot express the gratitude I feel for his kindness in this matter.
