I called her for a consultation, we agreed on an appointment time, she came to my home promptly, and then returned to spend an entire day redoing my living room. I have had other very similar experiences with Susan when remodeling my kitchen, redecorating my living room 13 years ago, redesigning and remodeling my laundry room and family room. In short, Susan exceeded my expectations in every area.
