Johnâ  s word is good and he shows up everyday with his guys and works. If there is an issue, he communicates well before moving on. Very professional and was a pleasure to work with.

John was excellent to work with. He and his crew went out of there way insure we were happy with the work done. We hired John to design and build a two story two bedroom - two bath home. John was great to work with through the design process doing his best to accommodate our desires and offering valuable advice to reach a design and price we could agree on. The end result has surpassed our expectations.

Had a portico built for front door and large patio and covered porch at back of home. John made sure he was involved with each step during the project and not only supervised but actually worked on the project. He insured the work was completed at a high standard that was beyond our expectations.

John and his crew were great. Highly recommended.

Maticuless quality work.

The whole entire kitchen was remodeled. Both bathrooms were remodeled. I had one sliding glass door remove and replace with a bay view window that is beautiful. I had two French Doors put in instead of just windows that were there. I had another sliding glass door removed and the exterior wall put up like the rest of the house. You can not tell the difference from the old and the new. I had a partial wall put up in the bathroom to enclose the bathroom. I had closet door changed from a sliding doors, to ones that swing open. Must improved the look in the house. All walls were painted, new Vinyl floor put through the house except bedrooms where new carpet was put down. They updated my home completely. Love it!

The best thing about working with John is his high attention to detail and commitment to quality and beauty. He was patient and gave us great advice along the way. Our kitchen turned out so beautiful! We would recommend Pacific Regency Design to anyone, especially if you value beauty and quality.
