Neil Grimstad

He and his helper (Larry) were amazing. The quality of flooring we bought was not the best but the job Neil did installing it sure made it look like top quality. 15 months later it still looks brand new. He was on time everyday and he completed the job in the time he said he would. He was mindful of not letting our cat out of the room. We are retired so we were home a lot while he was working and we enjoyed his personality. I've given his name to many people and will continue to do so.

Even though there was a lot of under the breath muttering as he and his helper installed the floor (think it had something to do regarding the quality) it came out absolutely beautiful. He really took his time in working with the product we bought to make it look absolutely beautiful. They even baby sat the cat and the dog at no extra charge, making sure no one escaped. He finished in four days, which was what he estimated it would take and we paid him the amount he originally gave us on his bid. Now we are going to use him to install the carpeting in the bedrooms. It was a geat experience.
