They are okay basically. We go there because it is convenient. We have a son who's into gymnastics. US Sports Plex is right next to the gymnastics place he goes to. It is very convenient for us because we can just go there and exercise after we drop him off for practice. Some of the equipment is broken and it has been sitting broken for a while. The locker room is okay. The problem is they have many lockers that we can rent. They also have selected day lockers that we can use only if we need to use the locker for a day.
