I have been using them for 15 or 20 years. I would give them an A on everything. If they go out of business I will be disappointed!

Store personnel were very helpful in person. Had to go to another hardware store to obtain one type of gutter material that I was told by this store on the phone (one hour before visiting) was in stock. When I arrived, they said that it would have to be special ordered, because they were out of stock.
