Arrived on time to do the job. Spent more time than originally bid and didn’t charge anymore. Explained how the new system works and filled the salt tank. I would highly recommend this company. From the first phone call to their office to on site work, they were friendly and answered all our questions. Very nice experience!

Turned out to be a simple loose wire between the pump and the pressure tank. The technician who came out was able to very quickly diagnose and correct the problem. Professional and very competent.

I have been very satisfied with his work.  The repair to one of the well water filter systems was completed several years ago and I have had no more problems with it. 
The replacement well water filter system was not as easy.  I wanted to replace the entire system because parts were not easily available.  Three replacement systems were available from the Water Guy, each with their own limitations and values.  I was given a reasonable credit for the system being removed and the prices for the replacement systems were very reasonable.  The first replacement did not work because of the conditions in my well and Jay brought out a second replacement system at no additional charge.  This second replacement system seems to be working well.
Whenever I have needed assistance, even on weekends and holidays for an emergency, he has always responded without complaint or problem.  

I appreciated his quick professional service for what I consider a reasonable price. I will definitely call them the next time that I need this type of service.

The water filter system needed some major work done, the Water Guy came in and put a huge replacement piece in, took the funky piece back to his shop, repaired the problem then returned, exchanged the repaired piece for the "loaner" piece and voila! the water filter system now works beautifully. they were professional, timely, cleaned up after themselves and were great to work with.
