handyman service, doors
 + 0 moreDennis from Simply Contracting inspected all the external doors - we have four not including over head garage doors. He had to take two apart and re-plumb them, the door threshold. The others he was simply tinkering and got it done.I'm just really impressed with his caliber of work and his knowledge of what's going on. He's just a generally good guy. He realizes he's dealing with senior citizens and did a few little things for no charge and it was neat. He is top notch. The price is fine - at this point he is the only guy we are going to go to. We like his work and I don't care if I have to pay a little more, but his price is not out of line. I will be talking to him again about doing some work in my office which needs to be certified. If he says he'll be here at 9:00, he's here at 9:00.
Description of Work: Dennis from Simply Contracting was recommended to us and he came to fix our external doors. He had also installed our screen door. I will be talking with him about doing some work in my office.
