Roofing
In the contract, it said that they would pick up all nails and debris but my son took a magnet around the property and picked up over 500 nails. Nails are a bad thing to leave behind, especially because we were driving our cars around the property and would have driven over them. They come out and talk themselves up but then you can never get a hold of them again. The truth of the matter is that they don?t even know their job. When he came to be paid, I asked him about cleaning up the mess he told me he?d send someone to clean it up but no one came. I?m not positive that the people working for him were legal which means they didn?t have legal disability so if they had fallen off of my roof, chances are that there would be a liability on my end.
