Initially, I chose the company because of the lowest price in my area. I have used them as my carpet cleaners for 8 years. The carpets dry quite quickly. They have a new system which does a magnificent job. Some of the heavier furniture, they placed on Styrofoam blocks rather than removing them from the rooms. For an additional $25, they applied Teflon to the kitchen carpet. This is a part of the $210 cost. I am quite pleased with their abilities, customer approach and timeliness.
