He came when he said he would. He installed it. It took longer than I thought but that wasn't his fault and he wasn't delayed at all. He got a permit so everything was inspected and up to code. We took the old duct work out which was in the garage and we discovered all these holes in the living room wall. He attached metal plates over those. I was having trouble with mice and no wonder because there were all these gaps in the wall. He installed an air filter just to have one in the hallway for the return vent to help the electronic air cleaner. Later we took it out because it interfered with the air flow. He was very competent about his work.
