I contacted Travis Blue from the listing for NorthWest Specialty Moving on Angies List to move a hot tub I purchased. He communicated with me by email and text as we set up the job. On the morning of, he and his partner arrived early exactly as scheduled. He brought all the right equipment, heavy duty truck and trailer, hot tub dollies and sliders plus tools to make final adjustments.
The space the hot tub was coming from was tight. They moved it out very gently so great care was taken with the hot tub plus no damage was done to the sellers plants and sprinklers in the path of the hot tub from the back yard to the trailer.
On my end of the delivery, again they were gentle and very professional - knew just what to do and knew their equipment.
Once the hot tub was positioned on my covered deck, Travis gave me some tips on hot tub maintenance which I didn't know after 31 years with my previous hot tub that I replaced.
The whole move from beginning, travel, to completion took less than an hour and a half. Hot tub started right up with no damage or leaks from the move as they were very attentive to gently handling the hot tub.
Excellent service, very professional and would definitely hire again and recommend to my friends! Great value for the money.
