Milgard Windows

When I contacted them about replacing the windows they had replaced that were under warranty they were quite rude.  I had to go round and round with different people because they didn't want to stand behind their product.  I am very disappointed that so many of my windows are failing as my home is not very old but I am downright upset that they will not replace the windows they have already replaced under warranty.  They shouldn't be failing after 10 years.  After many, many, many phone calls trying to convince them to stand behind their product they finally came out to replace the one window.

Shortly after that another of the windows that had already been replaced under warranty failed, as well as the one that they just replaced.  That window didn't even last a year.  I tried contacting them and they were so rude it wasn't worth the hassle. 

Anyone thinking about replacing their windows should not use Milgard products.  Their warranty is laughable, their product can't even last 10 years and their service is reprehensible.  There are so many other options out there.

I have a lifetime warranty on them. The guy came out and he replaced it. He actually found something else and fixed it. It was wonderful. It was awesome. I couldn't believe that he actually found something else and fixed it. I was really impressed. I purchased the windows 15 or 16 years ago. There was no charge this time. They had an appointment scheduled and the guy called in sick so they had to reschedule. They were right on time. I called them about 2 windows and they fixed 4 windows. I would definitely use them again.
