I have listed Matt as a handyman, but he is a licensed builder. I am not local, and I had purchased a manufactured home in Bend as a rental property. I had had 4 Bend contractors promise to be at the property to do work, and NONE turned up. I wasted 4 weeks of renovation time, waiting for these people, who did not even have the courtesy to return phone calls, then in desperation phoned a friend's sister who lives in Bend and asked if she knew anyone. She gave me Matt''s phone no. and I contacted him - he came to the house that night, and started work the next day. He did the work outside normal hours as he was working full time on other projects. When I'd find yet another problem lurking under floorboards or carpet, he would cheerfully come and do the work - even when on short notice (carpet being installed Tuesday, problem found Monday afternoon). He offered less expensive solutions to problems, and did a first class job on everything. He was polite, punctual, helpful and very supportive. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
