We signed Matthew as our exclusive buyer's agent in September 2013 intending to purchase a home in Portland. Being new to Oregon, we didn't know much about the neighborhoods and the real estate market here. We are so glad to find a real estate agent that truly looked out for our interests and walked us through our first home purchase. Since it was a very competitive seller's market, we made a total of four offers before finally closing the deal on our home Dec. 6, 2013.
