Real Estate Service
We signed Matthew as our exclusive buyer's agent in September 2013 intending to purchase a home in Portland. Being new to Oregon, we didn't know much about the neighborhoods and the real estate market here. We are so glad to find a real estate agent that truly looked out for our interests and walked us through our first home purchase. Throughout the process, Matthew was responsive, punctual, organized and thorough. Since it was a very competitive seller's market, we made a total of four offers before finally closing the deal on our home Dec. 6, 2013. Matthew was extremely helpful and made recommendations for inspections and showed up on time for all the appointments. We saw him almost every weekend during our househunt and he always had a great attitude and made us feel like we were his only clients. We're very happy in our new home and highly recommend Matthew to be your navigator in the Portland real estate zoo!
