This individual was hired to do lawn and roof maintenance.  He was there on time, however I am very unhappy with the work that was performed.  There were 7 different things he was suppose to do, and he didn't do what he was asked to do. When he brought the bid, I asked him not to take down a tree and I asked him if he would take it off the bill, he said no problem.  When the job was completed the price of the estimate did not change and he handed me another bill that was for $220.00 more, saying he went above and beyond on this job.
When I called to question about the bill, he yelled at me and called me names.  I was simply trying to get explanation why the amount didn't change and what the other bill was for.  He said it was for cleaning out the gutters.  I asked him since hauling the weeds away was on the first estimate then why did I have to take a full size pick-up truck full of weeds and dispose of them myself.  He said yes I left a pile because my trailer was full.  Im still not clear as to why he left them, but he was yelling at me and everything that I said he  would cut me off and call me names.
I just want everyone to know that the work that was requested was not finished and was a waste of money.
