I can't recommend highly enough!  We had several different salespeople show products and give quotes in our home.  Brothers Home Improvement salesperson (Scott W) was the ONLY truly non-pressure sales.  He provided samples, did a "science experiment" with heat bulb to show different insulation properties of various windows, and was truly educational.  The quote was not the cheapest, but it was not the most expensive and was very competitive.  We got a discount and was told that the quote was good no matter the timeframe.  He was timely with e-mails about questions.

My husband was here for the installation, and he is VERY picky about construction/contract workers.  He was very impressed with their skill, knowledge and professionalism.  They had to return twice for a couple issues, but were prompt every time, had good communication for setting up appointments and reminders, the work was quality, and we have NO complaints whatsoever.  Would not hesitate to recommend!  Loved them, and so happy with our windows and patio doors.  Good quality, love the locking mechanisms, makes a big difference with the sound and temperature insulation.

They were incredible. They came under our price that we were expecting. They came out and did the measuring, and then they sent another person out to check it all and make sure that they had the exact measurement for each window that we were doing. They were efficient when they came. They sent everything organized. They covered all of our furniture. They cleaned up everything inside and out once all the windows were replaced. I was very impressed. We had 3-4 different companies and individuals give us prices and they are the one we chose, but not because of the price. It wasn’t the highest in windows but we felt that they were definitely of good quality, and they helped sell the house. I recommended them to people in the area when we left.
