Highly recommend Marshall! Prompt and professional client service as well as quality work. He did an incredible job on our Christmas light installation outside and did it at a righteous price. We booked Marshall to come back in January to take down the lights as well as clean out the gutters. We're so happy to have someone like Marshall we can count on for all future work like this at our home. Looking forward to hiring again!

Marshall was an absolute gem from start to finish. I reached out on behalf of my elderly mother-in-law, whose driveway, path, and side yard patio had become dangerously slick with moss and grime. Within one minute of my inquiry, Marshall responded—something that's almost unheard of these days!
Understanding the urgency, he came out the very next day to take care of the job. His promptness gave me real peace of mind knowing she wouldn’t have to navigate those slippery areas any longer.
The results were incredible—everything looks like new. The transformation was beyond our expectations, and to top it off, Marshall surprised my mother-in-law with a senior discount, which completely made her day. She was so grateful, and honestly, so was I.
Marshall is not only professional and thorough, but truly one of the most courteous, accommodating, and kind-hearted people you’ll meet. It was genuinely a pleasure talking with him.

These guys are amazing. Fast, professional, and friendly. My gutters are very happy now that they have shed layers of moss and grime inside and outside. When I asked if they had some extra time to pressure wash a patio, they shot me a very reasonable number and did that to. I will definitely call these guys again.

Marshall had a legitimate family emergency and had to reschedule our appointment twice. That was not a problem for me, but he ended up coming at 3:00 in the afternoon and only did the insides of my windows. He said the outside needed to have an acid wash because of the water spots they have (which is true). However, I would have at least liked to have them washed this time and would have scheduled the acid wash for a later time. He seemed distracted throughout the cleaning and did not fully clean the tracks as agreed. Marshall had bid $200 for the whole job (inside and out), only cleaned the insides of the windows and charged me $10 each for them for a cost of $130! We were NOT happy about that.

We are all human and deserve a little grace at times :) $130 is very typical for inside cleaning on windows. I am sorry you felt this was a steep price. However there are many factors when it comes to our pricing as a business. I see we have you on the schedule in November and hope to see you then! Call if you have any questions to discuss possibly coming out to do the tracks again :)"
