The previous occupants had tried to touch up paint but used the wrong color, and the old cans of the original color were outdated and didn't provide a decent match. After trying with Sherwin-Williams color match system several times and failing, Kris did an exceptional job of mixing colors himself to create the right match. Sherwin-Williams folks were excellent, mind you, but Kris went above and beyond. Where there was a burn hole in the window frame was so well repaired and matched that I could not even detect where it had been. The place on the door frame where the paint had been ruined by animals was likewise perfectly fixed. The few minor touch ups I saw upon inspection were no problem and Kris' attitude about them exceptional.
One thing that took some getting used to was how he jumped from room to room and task to task. I tend to be more methodical, but the job was completed on time and the job was well done, so who cares?
