Scheduling was quick and efficient, the cleaner showed up within the time promised and performed the work in a timely fashion. However when I arrived home more than 6 hours later, the carpets were still extremely wet and the smell from the treatment was so strong (migraine-strength strong) that my child care provider spent the entire day outside with all the doors/windows open. When the carpets were still damp after 24 hours (with open windows, sunny skies, heaters and fans), I called the company and was told that they had done a power scrub of some sort so it would take longer to dry. With regards to the smell, they said it would dissipate with time-it has a bit. It ended up taking more than 2 days, which causes other problems with a damp, musty smell. I might give them another try, but I would NOT ask for the odor/stain treatment and I would be present to check their work when finished so I could have them extract the carpet more if I felt it was too wet.

Technicians were super polite, fast, efficient, and thorough. HIGHLY recommended.
