Job was satisfactory in the beginning, began to deteriorate gradually, with Sarah not showing up at consistent times, staying for shorter periods, but charging same amounts for less work. Had an incident where she was scheduled to pet sit for one night, but took pet to her house after claiming she could not get into the home. It is possible to retrieve dog from backyard because of doggy door, but became suspicious when upon returning the dog, she also returned the pet's food and leash. Those would have only been accessible in the house. Also, several personal effects that no one else would have access to were found tampered, destroyed, or missing. Missing items include jewelry, but we are still searching for those in case they are just mis-placed. The other items had to be thrown away, but were clearly sabotaged. When we let her go, she did not ask why, which confirmed our basic suspicions that she had acted inappropriately. Lying about being in the house was the last straw.
