I called for an estimate and to discuss the scope of work I was planning on having done and we did have a meeting at my home to go over the specifics on site. I was told that I'd be contacted later with the estimate but I never received a call or written estimate. I don't like giving bad reports but, given that we all have busy schedules, I thought it was worth mentioning for these purposes.

We can't say enough good about this company. The men were pleasant to be around and clean (no smoking, which we appreciated), came on time, and communicated well with us about everything to expect. Derek Reynolds made sure his employees had everything they needed, and they worked hard, seemed to take very few breaks, and knew how to do everything necessary. They started on this project just a week and a half after giving us the bid and completed it in only 6 working days. They swept up and cleaned up any debris each evening before leaving. They actually did more and a better job than we expected. We were impressed with their knowledge and workmanship. We are very happy with the finished product. Of the three bids we received, theirs was half the price of one and over $1300 less than the other one. We feel this company has integrity and does outstanding work for a very reasonable price.

Derek has done work for me before. I have learned from my experiences and he is good.

I hired Reynolds Contractors to simply replace 3 toilets with a higher grade toilet that I had picked out. Due to the original builders, nothing was what one would predict. He continued on until he had them all in, secure, within code and there was never a bad word out of his mouth. He stayed calm, although anyone else would probably have blown up under the conditions. I don't know all the "issues" he faced but he faced them, overcame them safely, efficiently and in a timely fashion. It was his calm, reassuring attitude that kept me positive through the process. He finished the job, cleaned the entire area, removed the old toilets and didn't charge enough.
