RECLAIMED MILLWORKS

After researching reclaimed lumber for my client I found this company in Tualatin that could met my needs. I called and talked to Michael on the phone several times he told me he had the beam and 2x6 material I needed so I went to his shop to purchase the wood when I arrived he told me he could supply all the reclaimed wood I needed and showed me the wood on a trailer it looked nice. I purchased the wood from him 6/2/06 and also paid him to deliver it. $1900 total up front. He told me he could deliver at the end of the week, 2 to 3 days from purchase date. The job was to start the following week I made arrangements with my client to have the wood delivered only to have to call them 5 to 8 time to reschedule because Michael did not come through with the wood. It has been 5 weeks today 7/7/06. I have called the police since I have run out of options and they knew him! This guy is bad news stay away at ALL cost! When I asked for a refund he said he had the money in the wood?
