NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD is the service! New custom house, 20 months in house. They installed all the plumbing and here we are huge knocking/hammer sound every time the irrigation starts comes on causing the interior sprinkler system gauge to spike to a point where we were concerned the interior sprinkler syst would kick in one day! They come and check without really being helpful, and they state it's a sprinkler issue not plumbing! OF COURSE! I do my own online investigation and it appears that when water pressure comes in and the pipes are close to the 2x4 the expansion caused by the pressure could cause a knock if no dampners where used during installation....of course they weren't and Rayborn said we'll that would be really expensive to do this now! Amazing!! I even send a video showing the gauge spike and sound and with the amazing customer service they provide they did not even get back to us ! No hep to try and find a solution!!!! THE BILL CAME!!!! $210 for NOTHING!!!! Worst customer service ever do not use them they will gauge you for the $$$ !

While it took a while for them to schedule us in, the work was done excellently.

Rayborn's sent someone out immediately and the repair was fixed within 1.5 hours. Chuy did an excellent job and was very courteous. Would use Rayborn's again and recommend them for your plumbing needs.

They are really good. You kinda get what you pay for in plumbing.

It turned out just fine. They were the plumbing contractor who helped us rebuild the house about 8 years ago. We've used them ever since. They've always done quality work. They show up on time and I can always get them out here quickly. I am always pleased with their price and work.

Main plumber was very friendly and completed work exactly as needed. He kept us informed throughout one and a half days of work. Assistant helped for a few hours to complete work by end of second day. Price ended up being a little higher than I would have liked, but both tasks required more work than I'd initially expected.
One small problem: there was miscommunication with Rayborn office on arranging final plumbing inspection. City inspector di not show up on first scheduled day.

The plumber who came diagnosed my clog problem and showed why it was happening. He removed the old toilet and fixed the clog while I ran to Home Depot and bought a toilet. He installed it that afternoon. He also hauled away the old toilet.

Jeff Hunt came to my home to do a home inspection and to also complete a sewer inspection. He arrived 15 min. late but completed his inspection in a reasonable time. However he charged way more than other inspectors and he also charged time to write a report which NO inspectors do.it is always included with the report. Also the sewer camera work was completed by one of his workers within 45 minutes.....from start til the worker drove off. I was charged the $125 for the inspection and a DVD of the actual sewer line as all sewer inspectors provide but received a bill for an extra hour of labor for the driver to drive back to his office. The Angie's list ad says no travel charges. When I asked for the $85 back I was refused even though I explained he never told me that there would be travel time billed. Poor customer service. It cost more for an hour and a half plumbing inspection than for a 5 hour whole home inspection with a 20 page report. I should have skipped Rayborn altogether!

James showed up on time and got to work right away. I helped him to move some of the bigger pieces of furniture in a few rooms and he handled smaller pieces by himself. He had foam blocks for the furniture legs and he used them on all furniture. He worked quickly but was thorough and did a very nice job of getting the carpet looking very clean. Even the stairs looked cleaner than they had been after the previous carpet cleaning. I would definitely use Top Notch again!

Overall this was a very positive experience and I would definitely refer them.

Very well, as always. I have used Rayborn's services for years, based on a referral from some friends.
They are always friendly, professional, tidy and strive to give me value for money. On most occasions, I end up paying the minimum rate and the plumbers always ask about any other needs to be sure I get my money's worth.

Water slowly started leaking into our family room one drop at a time on a Sunday, and since there is a bathroom above we assumed we had a plumbing issue. After discovering it is difficult to find a plumber on a Sunday, I put a bucket under the leak and called Rayborn's Monday morning. They'd done work for us several times in the past, and as usual they were prompt in responding and setting up an appointment for Tuesday. By the time Nick arrived, the water was steadily running out and the bucket had been replaced by a large bin to hold the 2-3 gallons that had accumulated in spite of the fact that we hadn't used the upstairs bathroom since the leak began. Nick checked the upstairs bathroom and carefully opened up the ceiling while ensuring the carpet was protected, discovering that the source of the water was not plumbing, but a roof leak on the side of the house. He identified the roof area for us, and the charge was minimal for 1/2 hour of his time.

This was the fourth job that Rayborn has done for us in the past 13 years. This time we were 2500 miles away and had to depend on someone without seeing what the problem was for ourselves. We felt strongly that Rayborn would do right by us and they did. We have recommended them to family and friends. My husband also used them for plumbing at his work place before we moved.

We got 3 bids for the re-pipe. The original 1250 sq ft of our house had galvanized pipes that were rusting out. They came in an put in all new supply lines including water heater and washing machine. A good job at a good price.
Additionally, in the mid 2000's they replaced some of the drain pipes for a very good price and good work.
We became acquainted with Rayborn when building an 800 sq ft addition on the house with two and a half new bathrooms. That work was also excellent and well priced.
There is one more job they did for us which will be in a separate report.

They were on-time, professional and did good work. No issues. Very professional.

These folks are great. They will look at what you are doing, and make recommendations on anything they see that looks like it should be done, but they are fine if you opt not to do something they recommend. They are prompt, courteous, and do quality work. What more can you ask? We highly recommend these folks.

This was pipe and valve that they had installed in May, 2009. Also installed shutoff valve and outside faucet. Valve had sprung a leak due to cold temps. Did not discover leak for awhile and this led to damage to drywall and mouldings that had to be torn out and replaced along with drying out the area with fans. I felt that they bore responsibility for the damage due to their work in May, '09.
Had it been done properly we would not have had the valve crack in the cold. Insulation should have been installed between the exterior wall and the pipes they installed instead of running the pipe right along side the exterior wall with no protection. I felt they should have covered the whole expense but had asked that they cover the new pipe they installed (Wirsbo) to fix the leak.
We were finally able to agree to them covering this but it took time and negotiation to accomplish this. We had to cover all the other expenses as our insurance company does not cover this type of leak.
