They do not give bids over the phone, as they measure and charge you for the actual area that is being cleaned, and I love that! Darcy, the owner, came to do the estimate/clean. She was professional, warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and was great about answering my many questions.
She worked at a good pace, and was very thorough and definitely takes pride in her work. The carpets look and feel great.
They might not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
I will use them again, and will encourage my friends and family to as well.
Jennifer, Lake Oswego
