They do a really nice job. They do carpet cleaning, but I also noted that they also do tile and grout cleaning, so I was thinking about doing that as well. They people that have always done it have been really good. They get the spots out and what I really like is that they don't leave your carpet soggy. By the evening one can walk on it. In fact, by the time they leave, most of it can be walked on, except for maybe the stairs where they do an extra special job. But for the most part, when you do it yourself, it tends to be really wet. For me it works well. They always call back after the person leave to find out how things went. They are really good. I would totally recommend them.
