This is a first-class operation. From my initial contact, through getting estimates, setting up appointments and having the work done, everything was professional, prompt and exactly what they contracted for. In addition, when I had a problem a few months later (not related to the work they did) they came the same day and fixed it - since it was a minor repair, they did it without a charge. This is an example of their great customer service and commitment to quality.

The roof vent work seems to be done well and I'm pleased with that portion, but the gutter cleaning service was a bit of a nightmare. The fella who came was in a rush and lectured my partner about a tree that was close to the house (we didn't plant it there). Then he cut back the tree (which was fine) - but he was careless about it and large parts of the tree fell on the roof and broke some shingles off. Instead of repairing it to match the rest of the asphalt roof, he used tin shingles instead because he was in a hurry. I would have preferred if he would have communicated with my partner, who was home, about what shingles to use or even mentioned what had happened. He left without a word. It's a sloppy looking patch job that would have been prevented if he were more careful in the first place. He also left a bunch of tree debris about, I had to ask for them to be taken away. The manager was really nice and answered all my questions and told me the tin should work ok, but it's really quite the eyesore. All for having the gutters cleaned... I really just wish I would have done them myself.

There were great to work with. Ben was very responsive to my texts and extremely professional. We had a bid the same day he came out to look over the job. We had new gutters put on the house and are very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs new gutters!

They did great!  Our garage is a slightly tricky situation, and they handled it beautifully.  They even made slight adjustments they went.  They did full clean up, and they were very nice.

It went great! The installers were very friendly and professional. They did the entire house in one long day. The gutters look amazing. They did a great job. I will recommend them to others!
