I couldn’t be happier. They did an amazing job! There was a slight communication issue, but it got resolved quickly! And everything else went smooth! Honestly you have to think…there are people coming into your home ( during a pandemic) and carefully taking your belongings out and loaded ( well) into a truck. In our case we had to have the items moved into storage as well. And then our move in changed last minute and they totally made accommodations and helped us out! They went above and beyond helping us! And the second team that came out for our move in were amazing!

Great communication from start to finish. Move was from Oregon to Hamilton MT. Tanner and his crew did a great job of loading. Sergio was our truck driver and managed the unloading. He actually unloaded almost half of the truck load as he waited for the local labor to arrive and help with the unloading. We have unpacked most of the load and nearly all of the breakable portion and nothing is broken! I would highly recommend PDX. They are probably not the cheapest movers but the quality of their work was very high. This is our tenth major move and it was by far the best!

Good company to work with. Our move was out of state and was on time and without problems. Packers did a great job packing our kitchen and the rest of our large house. They were very respectful, even asked if they could use the kitchen faucet to refill their water. Very pleased.

I had an awesome crew! Zack, Tanner and Jeff were fast, friendly and extremely efficient. I lived in a floating home so the guys had to haul everything down the long walkway and then up the steep ramp to get to the truck and they did an incredible job never once complaining. Can't recommend enough, they were great!

I hired this company for an interstate move in early July for the weekend of July 24/25. Bottom line is, they were horrible! I was assured the truck and movers would arrive for loading between 8 and 9 am on the 24th, and had based all my personal travel, lodging, and perishables storage plans accordingly. After 2 weeks of preparatory emails and phone calls from their **move coordinators** I was confident they would come through for me. When they failed to show up, I started calling and was given a bunch of excuses about their various problems from other **outcalls** the previous night. THEY ENDED UP BEING FIVE HOURS LATE! I could go on and on here about how much worse this made an already stressful situation like an interstate move, but I think you get the sad picture. Oh, and as a postscript, about a week after the move, I got a form email from them saying how sorry they were I did NOT choose them as my movers! Now, THATS coordination! PDX Movers failed to deliver the timely services they promised and that I paid for and never offered even a slight discount.....only meaningless excuses for their egregious performance. You have many choices in the regional direct movers marketplace. BY ALL MEANS AVOID THIS COMPANY!

"Tom, we're really sorry for the frustration we caused by being late for your job! We absolutely do not deny this fact. We were very late and we're sorry! The issue was not callous, but Covid protocol. We had a couple of members of our field team test positive for Covid, and we had to do contact tracing back 10 days. This means that anyone that those two people worked within the previous 10 days had to be out of work until they could produce a negative test. We take our responsibility to serve our community very seriously, and this means keeping our community safe too. This left us very short-handed in the busiest part of our season. Unfortunately, some of our jobs had to be done after other jobs finished, and yours happen to be one of them. Outside of being late, the job did go well. We moved your belongings safely out of state without any damages and at the agreed-upon price (which we would argue is worth more than 1 star). When our sales manager heard you were not satisfied, he did offer a discount due to how late we were, and our offer was declined. We really care about our customers and our community. We were in a pickle that day and did the best we could. We really do appreciate you choosing us as your movers, and apologize one last time for being late."

We booked PDX Movers for our relocation out of the PDX metro area to a small town in the Valley. The whole process from scheduling to completion was done with a high level of professionalism. The 4 movers; Josh E., Jose E., Chiko, and Rowan were great. They took exceptional care of our belongings as well as the houses we were moving from and to. We expect to remain in our new home for years to come, but if we ever need a moving company again it will be PDX Movers.

Amazing!! I really was so impressed from the moment I met them until the very end of a long moving day which included an 2 hour drive. They were professional, polite, and really well trained. They were helping each other and worked so well as a team. My first time having movers and I am so grateful they had the stamina and muscle and Tetris brains to fit it all in with out even a scratch. Its red carpet service truly they do roll out a red carpet to floors and added padded to doors and corners. I had difficult things to move including a basketball hoop and exercise equipment and a play structure. Nic was my lead and his crew of Jose E, Micah, Ethan S., and Kiara. The boss man came by to check in say hi and lend a hand they all were so friendly and kind to each other seemed like a good company to work for too!
