I would recommend Demand Excavation and Plumbing. They replaced our main water line. They were honest and did high quality work. All our questions were answered, they explained every step, and the total cost was reasonable and lower than other local plumbers. Every employee that came to our home to do the work was friendly and polite. A big plumbing project like this can be stressful, and they made it easy.

The team showed up when they said they would show up. That is big. And their work was done quickly, efficiently, and well. But I found their communication lacking. Still waiting for a small item to be addressed to close the project out completely, 2 weeks after the initial work.

Hired OD excavation for an emergency sewer line break after hours â contacted them at 9pm and by midnight it was resolved. So grateful for their speedy service, reasonable pricing, and Anthony and John provided excellent customer service. I would definitely hire again, especially in an emergency.

These guys are honest. I was told that our sewer line had to be replaced, but after they looked at it, the concluded it s not in bad shape after all. Definitely a relief and will use them when it s actually time!

Wonderful experience with the On Demand team. We had a sewer line issue underneath a new stamped concrete walkway. Most other contractors were going to break it out, but the On Demand team was able to come in from the side and do the repair without damaging the walkway. After week you can't even tell they were there. Great job and great service!!

While others tried to sell me a new sewer line, ON DEMAND EXCAVATION were the only ones using there modern equipment to give a straight answer on the actual state of my sewer line . Replacement was not necessary. The professionalism displayed by the technician Mr. Borino was only surpassed by his honesty. They will be my first call when the occasion arises for future repairs.
