See above. Did fine work but was a couple weeks past the deadline of when he said he could finish it. Quality was ok except he was not able to get permits because of his license and then would not refund the amount we had to pay someone else to finish it since his work could not be permitted.

Terrible. We have a one bathroom house and scheduled Bryan a month in advance knowing that we had a long weekend to tear out and replace our bathroom plumbing. Bryan reassured me that we were on his schedule and he could do the work we needed in two days. Bryan was a no show on multiple occasions, did not return phone calls, brought a buddy that smelled of booze to help him and hurried through our install. He left us without a toilet for 4 days. I heard him take phone calls from other clients and openly lie to them about scheduling. He lied to us about "finishing another job across town" and I saw him within minutes on the highway near our home by coincidence. Our toilet wobbles, our tub fixtures leak in several places. We now have a new plumber that was appalled by the hurried work he saw at our home. This company should not be trusted or used, you'll end up paying double to have his work repaired.

We gutted both bathrooms. In the master bath we moved the toilet where the shower was, took out a bath tub and put in a walk in shower with two shower heads and new plumbing for the sink so that I could lower the vanity. He also installed a circulating pump so that we always had hot water to the master bath. We removed the tub in the guest bath and installed a walk in shower. He was on time and did a great job moving everything around. All of the plumbing works great and we love the new shower. The price was great based on the amount of work it took to complete the project.

I hired Nelson Plumbing to upgrade two toilets in a rental unit. Bryan Nelson, basically the whole company, committed to a repair day and then rescheduled 3 times. On each occasion I had to call Bryan since he did not have the courtesy to contact me to let me know he need to reschedule. He simply made up excuses such as "oh ...I thought it was Thursday." The real rub is when he finally showed up he rushed the simple job and the toilet leaked. Then after a month, 10 phone calls, several emails, Bryan seemed to disappear and would not warrant his work. I had to hire another plumber to clean up after him. So if you are tired of service contractors who schedule appointments, don't show up on time, try to upcharge you at every turn, and then make up a host of ridiculous excuses, Bryan Nelson is your guy.

Their work was excellent.  They were punctual.  Their price was fair.  They explained what they were going to do.  I would use their service in the future too.

Bryan's work is excellent and he charges a fair price. He is conscientious and does the job right the first time. When the upstairs bathroom tub sprung a leak, he came immediately to fix it and, because it turned out to be a quick fix, he charged us less than his normal hourly rate. He was the plumber brought in by the contractor who remodeled our basement, but I will definitely continue to hire him for all our plumbing needs in the future!
