 + -1 moreAbsolutely professional and pleasant experience. He called ahead, was on time, explained the problems and their cost to fix in advance. Did work in most timely manner and with excellent results. It is easy to tell he is well trained and up with all the latest technology. He answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly.
Description of Work: Mike was prompt and had the problem with my husband's computer identified and repaired in short order. He backed up, upgraded and cleaned up both our computers and got rid of the nagging problems I had with mine. He also showed me how to use some of the self help features to keep my computer running well.
