They were excellent. They were on-time and did a good job. The subs were pretty good and they cleaned up after themselves.

From our first meeting I felt comfortable with Tod and appreciated his advice, All his subcontractors were professional and easy to work with.

He provides quality products/ideas to select from so we feel good about what we are putting in our home (and respects pricing whether it's products or services we need).  The sub contractors he works with are friendly and professional with outstanding results.  Tod explains the pros/cons for ideas, straightforward with pricing and is meticulous with the final product.  If something doesn't look right he will see it right away-- and it gets fixed right away and he doesn't make it our problem to worry about.

I have been using for 10 years. He is price conscious for the customer. He makes sure his subs do good work and always makes sure he hires good quality workers.

Highly satisfied with process from start to finish and LOVE the final outcome. It's been a true pleasure working with Tod. He is highly professional, punctual, excellent communicator, very organized, provided project plan that was updated as adjustments made, provided a great deal of information so we were well prepared, absolutely no surprises & we always knew what to expect. Tod hired excellent subcontractors E.g. tile. Electrical, painters, cabinetry. Project forecast to take 2 months & finished 2 weeks early. Consistently demonstrated excellent follow-through including contact after project completed to be sure no other questions!

One of the things I very much appreciated was Tod's tactful & very diplomatic way of encouraging me to choose a different color carpet, even though i was sure i had already chosen the perfect color! This turned out to be VERY MUCH APPRECIATED advice. He spent quite abit of time helping me find a lighter shade for which I am most grateful! My original choice would have been a big mistake!

Tod was straight forward and easy to work with. He came and talked to us several times before we signed a contract and had good ideas on how to improve the kitchen aesthetically.  He had a list of places to look for goods such as cabinets, tile and countertops.  He delivered on what he said he would and he was very thorough, even going above and beyond in some cases.  He knew when to add just the slightest detail to make it look that much better.  He took any problems that arose in stride and they were dealt with in 24 hours.  (For example, a surprise heating duct in a pantry wall).   He even made a sample size for us of our countertops so we could get a feel what it would be like in the kitchen and decide if we wanted it smaller or bigger.  He made sure things were kept clean and picked up and all his subcontractors were very friendly and professional.  He remembered details from early discussions and followed through on them. The project took less time to complete than originally planned and was completed ahead of schedule!  Tod was very flexible and worked with us so that we could take on the parts of the remodel that we wanted to do ourselves which was demo, painting and clean-up.  Tod stayed on budget except for the surprises he couldn't account for.  He gives allowances for each part of the project and tries to stay within this allowance.  Sometimes Tod would work to fit upgrades or issues into the existing project but it wasn't always clear when and what items.  We tend to be people who like to see the cost of everything, so it was a difference in style.  Tod followed up a few weeks after the project to make sure everything was still working as expected and met expectations.  It was a pleasure working with Tod, and we knew the entire time that we were in good hands.

Could not have gone better. From the very beginning to now - Tod is involved, honest, upfront. He helped us figure out what we wanted - weighing the pros and cons. Crucial in the design phase. On site each day. Absolutely on budget, on time, on our side. I honestly can't think of one thing that Tod didn't do or could have done better. Those who think a remodel has to be painful has not worked with Tod.

We were really fortunate to be working with him and his professional team who knew how to work with the local building officials and could facilitate the process.  The team did an outstanding job throughout the entire process and met our expectations when we did flooring, windows and exterior and interior work. We had to stay within our budget, and they were accountable and always reliable!!
