They come every week to mow our lawn and do any kind of maintenance that we need. They're great as well, super nice, super friendly. We pay $190 a month. They come every Wednesday. They've been really great to us.

The work on the first project was extensive. We meet with Dan to discuss ideas. My wife and I had a pretty good idea what we wanted in the back: no lawn, more pavers, an outdoor fireplace/sitting area, a waterfall providing a back drop for an expensive piece of yard art, lots of raised planter beds, a herb garden, and some plantings and trees to soften several large retaining walls on the side of our home. Dan's first design was a homerun. He heard everything we wanted. We also integrated several of Dan's ideas into the plan including raising the level of our back yard to be flush with an existing deck. The work was hard. Access to our back yard was limited, but Dan and his guys (lead by Eric) were the best. The project turned out beautiful--better than we ever expected.
The follow-on work was less extensive, but the outcomes were similar.
Landscape Oregon delivers what they sell. Their prices are fair, and their quality is top-notch. Dan's specialty is design, hardscapes, and irrigation work. For plants and trees, he brought in a very qualified and quot;plant professionaland quot; who worked with my wife to insure that every type of plant, tree, and herb she wanted was integrated into the plan.
Obviously, I was impressed enough with the work after the first project to do three more projects. I will use Landscape Oregon again.

I have used them to do lots of work. It was for fireplace, hard scape, and irrigation. They were just great. Primarily, they did everything.

They did our French drain for us. They are easy to work with and the owner is nice. The cost of this work was included in the original. Their price was competitive. We would use them in the future.

Dan and his crew were very easy to work with. I had received 5 different bids, and Landscape Oregon offered more plants/trees and boulders for the same, if not lower, cost than the others.

We talked to 3 different contractors after having contacted Mutual Materials. These folks had a medium $ bid and seemed to be the best of the 3 to work with. The work was done over 5 days in August. The workers were Hispanic making it a bit difficult to converse with at times. The job supervisor was only on site perhaps 10% of the time which didn't seem to be enough. In fact, the workers put in stairs after which the supervisor came and said he didn't like their look and made them tear them down and rebuild. They added some small basalt retaining walls at no additional change, needed after spreading the excavated dirt. They also had problems matching the paver color as half came from one yard, the other delivered from somewhere else. That was a mistake, because the color didn't match, making them redo part. We've also had problems with part of the patio dropping into some poorly constructed pation beds, which they did sort of fix a year after finishing the original job.
