We ordered our product Thanksgiving of 2018. It is now almost November of 2019 and we do not have our product. Here is the story - buyer beware. We ordered a loveseat and matching chair. The order and details were listed correctly on our order form. We left the store and expected a 6 week wait. 8 weeks later they arrived with the correct loveseat, but not the correct chair. We asked them to take the chair since it was a rocker chair because our space was small and a rocker chair would damage our wall if we tried to use it, which is why we had ordered a wall hugger. The drivers refused to take the chair insisting they had simply picked up the wrong chair from the warehouse and would return the following week with the correct chair and remove the wrong chair at that time. We asked them again to not do this, but they wouldn't take the chair. We worked directly with the manager of the store - Leta - from the sale to our complaints. To make this quick - the chair has been ordered 3 times incorrectly. We've been told it will be delivered, waited at our home, cancelled work to be there twice and no one called, no one showed up. Its been a year of calling and this store making promises. After the third chair was ordered incorrectly, we have now called corporate who is insisting that the 4th chair has been made correctly and is on its way. We have demanded to be refunded for the chair (not the couch, it was delivered mostly on time and correctly) for going a year without and now having damage in our home from the chair that was left behind that we didn't want and have begged them to come retrieve, which they have refused. We can not move it ourselves due to spine injuries or it would be in the garage. They offered us pennies for this debacle and absolutely some of the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. We both work in customer service and we know that mistakes happen which is why we were both patient and understanding and tried to allow this incompetency work itself out. That has obviously back fired. I not only use these chairs in my personal home, but I've been using Lazboy for over a decade professionally. Never had a problem until we ordered a product from this store. Never again. Once again we are 3 weeks away from it being a year since we ordered our product, still nothing. They have re-ordered the chair now 4 times and again, it is still not here. Lazboy is a great product, but this store is not.

2 pieces of bdrm furniture ordered.  Original delivery was stated at 6-8
weeks, then changed to 8-10 weeks.  Actual delivery not until 17 weeks. 
No communication was initiated by the store.  We only got information
when we called, wrote, and complained.  When the pieces were delivered,
one was damaged in two places.  We were given choice of repair or
replacement.  Not wanting to wait another 17 weeks, chose repair.  That
took another month.  When delivered, only one problem was repaired. 
They took it back and promised someone would call with updated repair
estimate.  No one called.  We wrote a complaint letter to the  store
manager with no response.  Finally reached someone on the phone who said
it could be another 6 weeks but she could not give out any
information.  They now have had full payment for this piece for 6 months
and we do not have the furniture or any information.  I am writing a
complaint letter to corporate and posting this nightmare on social
media to warn others.  I would not recommend this store to anyone.  Check the BBB on this company; they have lots of complaints.

What a wonderful company! $50.00 to repair my favorite old, comfortable La-Z-Boy rockin chair. The $50.00 included everything. No fees to come out. Work done within 30 min.

Overall, the transaction was pretty good. I went to the La-Z-Boy gallery in Tanasborne first. I had to leave though because the sales people were so aggressive and pushy. I went to the one in Tualatin after that and bought a recliner there. Their staff was much more laid back, and seemed like they were there to help me find the right recliner, unlike the Tanasaborne location, where it seemed like they just wanted to get money from me. There was an error on the order when I went to the warehouse to pick up the recliner, but it was quickly fixed by the staff there.
