Initially it looked good, however, within 1 year the paint started peeling. I contacted Jong Kim multiple times and he never replied. I also contacted the BBB and he would not reply to them. I had a Miller paint rep come out to see the work and their opinion was that it was applied when the facia was wet and/or dirty.

"I painted her rental house in 2015. Then the temperature was over 100 degrees. I thought it was so stripped. I painted it once more over a year. I was left with touchup paint left behind. I bought it again and painted it. The house was a house specializing in rentals. Tennant leaves and asks again to call and paint. It has been three years already. And since the touch up paint is gone, She asks me to buy it. It does not make sense at all."
