Absolutely the worst customer service in attempting to get a home mortgage loan.
Three weeks into the loan process the person responsible for our file quit, after which we found out that nothing had been progressing as promised. The Branch Manager at this location then took over, but she also was not responsive...mostly just ignoring our emails and phone calls. She also couldn't commit to a closing date, so we had to find alternate financing in order to actually complete the purchase process on our house.
What the Branch Manager did manage to accomplish was to open a checking account on our behalf, for which, of course, she hasn't responded to our requests to close the account. We've also attempted to contact the 1-800 customer service number to get it closed, with no resolution.
In the end, they allowed us, as good ($$) customers, to walk and cost us 5 weeks extra in our home purchase process.
