On June 11th I took a bike rack and accessories to the isold it store for them to auction off for me. One week later the items showed up on ebay. Seven days later the items sold for more than I expected. I was told I would receive payment for the items approximately two weeks after they were received by the buyer. After waiting and waiting.I tried calling and didn't get a reply from the owner or manager. After two months I filed a report with the BBB. They were told the check had been sent, but it would be cancelled and a new one mailed to me. I was fine with that, but now three weeks and one e-mail later I still haven't been paid.

Great people to work with. I called first to find out how the process works and then took in a number of items to sell ("I Sold It" only accepts items or groups of items valued at $30 or greater). They checked EBay prior to accepting any of the items to insure the items were currently selling at auction (this can also be done over the phone prior to bringing items into the store). Depending on the item(s) they either sell them individually or in lots. For 40% of the sale price they catalog, photograph, and list the items on EBay, and pay all fees/costs associated with the process. You received e-mail messages all along the way so you know what's happening. After the item is purchased and paid for, "I Sold It" packages and ships it to the buyer. The seller is then sent a check. Items are listed on EBay for one week. If they don't sell you pay nothing and can pick the item up or the store will donate it to a charitable organization. The entire process takes about a month.
